Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of this guest application, provided to you by The Village of Angels (“the Hotel”, “we”). The app is a digital ordering and service tool operated for the Hotel by the technology provider QRush.delivery. By using the app you accept these Terms.
1. What the app does
The app lets you view the Hotel’s offering and submit requests and orders (food, beverages, shop items, services, tours) to the Hotel. All goods and services are provided by the Hotel, not by the technology provider.
2. Orders and fulfilment
An order placed in the app is a request to the Hotel. The Hotel is solely responsible for accepting, fulfilling, and pricing your orders, and for the quality of the goods and services.
3. Payments
Payments for goods and services are handled directly by the Hotel using its own methods. The technology provider does not collect or process guest payments and is not a party to the transaction between you and the Hotel.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Hotel’s policy: [refund & cancellation policy]. Please contact the Hotel for any request regarding an order.
5. Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information, use the app lawfully, and keep your account credentials confidential. Where age-restricted items (such as alcohol) are offered, they are provided only in accordance with local law and the Hotel’s rules.
6. Data
Your personal data is handled as described in the Hotel’s Privacy Notice, available in the app.
7. Liability & governing law
The Hotel is responsible for its goods, services and content. To the extent permitted by law, the technology provider is not liable for the Hotel’s performance or your interactions with the Hotel. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
